General Terms of Sale.

Art. 1

Purpose and Seller Identification

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) exclusively govern the contractual relationship between Ritual Ube S.L. (hereinafter “the Seller”), whose full contact details and registration information are accessible on the “Legal Notice” page of this site, and any adult individual acting as a consumer (hereinafter “the Customer”) making a purchase on the website ritualube.com.

Art. 2

Products

The products offered for sale are food supplements based on ube. They comply with applicable Spanish and European regulations. These products do not constitute medicines in any way, have no therapeutic properties, and cannot replace medical treatment, diagnosis or professional follow-up. Catalogue photographs and illustrations are as accurate as possible but remain non-binding.

Art. 3

Prices

Product prices are indicated in Euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), at the VAT rate applicable in the destination country of the order at the time of purchase validation. Ritual Ube reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice. However, products will be billed exclusively at the prices in effect at the time of the Customer’s final order validation.

Art. 4

Order

The Customer places their order by following the multi-step validation process on the site. The sale will only be considered final after the Seller sends the Customer an order confirmation email and full payment is received. Ritual Ube reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order from a Customer with whom there is a payment dispute or whose order appears suspicious or fraudulent.

Art. 5

Payment

Purchases are settled securely by credit card via the integrated WooPayments solution (powered by Stripe). The security protocol guarantees the confidentiality of transactions. The Customer’s confidential banking data is neither transmitted through nor stored on Ritual Ube’s servers.

Art. 6

Delivery

In accordance with European regulations, the Seller undertakes to deliver goods within the timeframes indicated at the time of order, or failing that, no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract. In the event of an unjustified overrun of this deadline, the Customer has the right to cancel the contract by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or any other equivalent written means.

Art. 7

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day after receipt of the parcel to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide justification or pay any penalties.

IMPORTANT — Legal exception (Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU): For reasons of hygiene, health safety and health protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed, opened, used or damaged by the Customer after delivery. Returned products must be intact, sealed and in their original packaging. Return costs are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of compliant products.

Art. 8

Legal Warranties

The Seller is liable for defects in conformity of the products sold under the conditions set out by European consumer goods regulations. European consumers have two years from delivery to exercise their legal warranty of conformity for any defect identified upon receipt of the product, entitling them to replacement or refund of the defective product.

Art. 9

Liability

Ritual Ube accepts no liability for improper use of food supplements, failure to follow the dosage instructions on the packaging, or disregard of contraindications. In case of an adverse reaction or allergy, the Customer must immediately stop consumption and seek the advice of a doctor or healthcare professional.

Art. 10

Personal Data (GDPR)

The Seller collects and processes the Customer’s personal data to manage and dispatch orders. This processing is carried out in strict compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Customer’s rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction) can be exercised at any time by consulting the privacy policy or contacting info@ritualube.com.

Art. 11

Applicable Law

These T&Cs are governed by Spanish law. Where the Customer is a consumer residing in the European Union, they also benefit from the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
